2022 Annual Meeting


The 2022 CHIMA Annual Meeting will be in-person!

On behalf of the CHIMA Annual Meeting Planning Committee, we are pleased to share information on our 2022 Annual Meeting.

The 2022 Event will be held May 5th and 6th at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver.

Exhibit Set-Up

Exhibitor installation is available and highly encouraged on Wednesday, May 4th from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. During the show, all booths must remain fully intact and manned, and all exhibit materials and equipment must be contained within your booth space.

Corporate Sponsorship


Any corporation interested in the purposes of the Colorado Health Information Association (CHIMA) is eligible for Corporate Sponsorship. Each Corporate Sponsor shall designate one (1) individual who receives the rights and privileges of Corporate sponsorship for one (1) year [as described below]. Subsidiaries, affiliates, and divisional companies are not included under the Corporate sponsorship of the parent corporation but are eligible for Corporate sponsorship in their own right.

Annual Dues

Annual dues for Corporate sponsors vary according to the level chosen ($500, $1000, or $1500); membership is for one (1) year. All benefits must be used during the 12 month period after purchase. Any unused benefits will be forfeited.

CHIMA Annual State Meeting:

Our 2019 in-person meeting drew just over 300 professionals, many of whom are key decision-makers who need your information and can help you expand your business. Each Attendee and Vendor receives an Attendance Roster.

CHIMA Representation on Committees:

Corporate sponsors are eligible to serve on the following committees: Data Quality, Annual Meeting, Advocacy/Governmental Relations, and Technology.

Web Site:

Corporate sponsors will be listed and linked on the CHIMA website.

Corporate Sponsor Package Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of a corporate sponsorship package is received within 30 days of registration, a full refund will be given. No refunds will be given after 30 days.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Companies can participate in sponsorship of the CHIMA Annual Meeting by purchasing the items listed below OR by becoming a CHIMA Corporate Sponsor. Companies who are a sponsor of the meeting will be recognized in the sponsorship section in the on-site program, at your booth, and in person at the member/vendor luncheon.

Corporate sponsors receive first priority in the assignment of booth space. Space is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first paid/first-reserved basis. The decision with respect to the allocation of booth space will be binding upon all exhibitors. Exhibit space will not be assigned unless full payment is received. A vendor registration confirmation packet will be emailed to all registered vendors two weeks before the meeting. In the event of conflict or conditions beyond our control, CHIMA reserves the right to rearrange the floor plans.

CHIMA will take the steps that are required to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services or segregated due to the absence of auxiliary aids and services. Registration will close at 11:59 PM MT on April 25, 2022. Onsite registration will not be available.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
